Mr A Rohim Sarip, a lawyer of 35 years standing is the Managing Partner of A. Rohim Noor Lila & Partners. He is the Commissioner for Oaths as well as a Notary Public. Mr Rohim joined Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI) in 1997 and was elected as President in 2009 and re-elected in 2011. SMCCI is an independent, not-for-profit organisation which represents the interests of the local Malay/Muslim business community. The SMCCI is one of the 3 ethnic chambers in Singapore; the other 2 being SCCCI and SICCI incorporated in 1956 as a company limited by guarantee its object is to promote the interest of the Malay business community. Mr A Rohim, is also awarded with Outstanding Contribution Award (GOLD) by Legal Aid Bureau (LAB) for his work and contribution.

Some of his cases are reported decisions one of which became a leading landmark decision in the Law of Tort/negligence.
